Priscilla Dale Williams passed away at the age of seventy, on December 22, 2018, at her brother's home in Annapolis, MD.  Dale was a long time resident of Arnold, MD.  She was born in Glendale, California to Chesleigh and Marie Waggoner on October 25, 1948.  Her family moved to Baltimore in the late 1940's and then moved to Arnold, Maryland in 1953, where she lived the remainder of her life.  Dale, through her heritage, was a member of the Winnebago Native American Tribe of Nebraska.

Dale graduated from Severna Park High School in 1966, and shortly went to work for the Federal Government at Ft. Meade, Maryland.  During her career she served two years in Germany and two years in Washington State, retiring in the year 2000.

Dale was an active faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints since her baptism in 1981, serving in the Primary, Young Women and Relief Society organization.

Dale is preceded in death by her parents.  She is survived by her sister Sharon Merrill (Marvin) of Newbury Park, CA, her brother Duane Waggoner (Ilene) of Annapolis, MD, 14 nieces and nephews and their spouses', and 53 great nephew's and nieces' who she adored and they adored her.   If there is one word that would describe Dale Williams it would be Love.

Friends may visit on Friday January 4, 2019 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm in the Barranco & Sons,P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home 495 Ritchie hwy. Severna Park, MD 21146. Services will be held on Saturday January 5, 2019 at 10:00am in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 1875 Ritchie hwy. Annapolis, MD 21401. Interment in Meadowridge Cemetery.
