Phyllis Kalinowski, 74, of Arnold, passed away at home on January 17, 2019.

She was born and raised in Baltimore City before moving with her husband, Reginald, to Cape St. Claire in 1973, and later to Arnold.

Phyllis worked at the Artist Flat and Jack's Lawnmower Repair prior to retiring in 2000. In her free time she enjoyed reading novels, working in her gardens, cooking, and going out to eat with her husband. While not much of a traveler, Phyllis loved the beach and visiting Ocean City.

Phyllis is survived by her husband of 58 years, Reginald Kalinowski, her daughter Sandra, sons David and Joseph Kalinowski, and grandchildren Crystal, Barbara, David, and Bailey. Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents Melvin and Jennie Stachowiak, and brother Melvin Stachowiak.

Friends may visit on Monday January 21, 2019 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm in the Barranco & Sons,P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home 495 Ritchie hwy. Severna Park, MD 21146. Services will be held on Tuesday January 22, 2019 at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel. Interment in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery.
