Phyllis Beilin
Phyllis Louise Beilin, 88, of Severna Park, died of heart failure Dec. 18 at Anne Arundel Medical Center after a brief illness.
A homemaker, Mrs. Beilin was born May 13, 1918, and reared in Jersey City, N.J. During her youth she was a dancer. She also taught beauty culture while residing in New Jersey, having lived in Manasquan for more than 17 years. She lived in Severna Park at the home of her daughter, Kathleen Kuch, for more than 20 years.
Mrs. Beilin was an avid reader who also loved cooking and baking for her family.
In addition to her daughter, she is survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 tonight at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway. A Mass of Christian burial will be said at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 689 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park. Burial will be private.
