Philip Todd Stinchcomb, 36, of Edgewood and formerly of Severna Park, died March 25 at his home. The cause of death is unavailable.

Mr. Stinchcomb was born April 2, 1968, in Baltimore and graduated from Severna Park High School in 1987. He also attended Anne Arundel Community College for a brief time. He served in the Marines in 1988 and was a sergeant in the Air Force in 1991, serving a tour in Desert Storm.

Mr. Stinchcomb worked as a network administrator for the Air Force. He enjoyed computers and collected autographs which were donated to charities for use in auctions and other fund raisers.

Surviving are his parents, Patricia Stinchcomb Fox of Severna Park and William Stinchcomb of Pasadena; a son, Philip Todd Stinchcomb Jr. of England; two sisters, Laura Elizabeth M. Stinchcomb of Severna Park and Patricia M. Bushee of Pasadena; and a nephew, Patrick J. Bushee, of Edgewood, whom he raised.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville. Arrangements are by Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.barrancofuneralhome.com.
