VALENZA, Philip Eugene On February 26, 2012, Philip Eugene Valenza; beloved son to Beverly Mundorf (nee Heil) and Michael Mundorf, biological father Philip Valenza, Sr.; loving and devoted father to Hunter Kai Valenza; dear brother to 6 siblings, Jessica Cress, Benjamin Mundorf, Michael Mundorf, Jr., Kirby Mundorf, Rose Valenza, Nicholas Valenza and brother-in-law Shane Cress; cherished uncle to Wyatt Cress; treasured grandson to James Valenza (Gloria), Carroll Heil (Beverly), and Bettie Mundorf (Benjamin). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

Philip, 31, was born in Baltimore, MD on April 11, 1980. Graduate of Westminster High School in 1998 and was a sailor in the United States Navy. Phil moved to Seward, Alaska in 2008 where he met Kalani Woodlock, and her daughter Malia. Hunter Kai was born to Phil and Kalani on April 12, 2010. Phil loved the outdoors, being on the water, and living on the edge.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 from 4-7 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday at 10:30am.
