Philip Joseph Langlois was born on December 20, 1936 in Duluth, Minnesota and was raised in Duluth Minnesota.  He was the son of Philip Edward Langlois and Rose Ann Langlois (Priolo.)  After graduation from high school, Philip enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served as a Communications Technician Interpreter of Russian and French.  He had duty on several ships, a submarine and at NSA.  After retirement, Philip worked in sales at Prudential and Shenandoah Insurance.  Philip and Frances (Wright) had seven children.  There are 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren in the family.  Philip Joseph Langlois passed away on March 16, 2023.

Family and friends may visit on Monday March 27th from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Barranco Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway Severna Park MD 21146. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am on Tuesday March 28th at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 689 Ritchie Hwy Severna Park MD 21146, with burial to follow at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 1122 Sunrise Beach Rd Crownsville MD 21032.
