On March 15, 2016 Peter J. Urbanski Jr., of Severna Park, MD passed away. He was born on January 9, 1943, at home, in Baltimore, MD to the late Ida and Peter Urbanski.

Pete was employed by Ingersoll-Rand/ Volvo Equipment for most of his career, retiring after 30 years with the company.
He was passionate about his family, and he enjoyed summer vacations with them along the Carolina Coast.

He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, sporting clays, fishing and crabbing. He coached youth football for the Arbutus Athletic Association and was honored for his service as past president in 2011. He made many friends while participating in these activities and enjoyed their company.

Pete is survived by his wife of 52 years Carol B. Urbanski, son Thomas B. Urbanski and his wife Elizabeth A. Urbanski of Severna Park, MD, daughter Sharon M. McCabe and her husband Brian T. McCabe of Chestnut Hill Cove, MD, and daughter Barbara A. Umbel and her husband Richard H. Umbel of Indian Harbour Beach, FL. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Sean and Nicholas Urbanski, and Patrick and Claire McCabe.

Also surviving is his sister M. Frances Chiariello and her husband Victor Chiariello of Melbourne, FL, and their children and grandchildren.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2016 from 2-6 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy, in Severna Park. A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, March 21, 2016 at 10 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 689 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers a donation to Hospice of the Chesapeake is appreciated.
