Penny Violet DeBell, born Violet Mary McKinnon, passed on to glory just days after her 95th Birthday on December 11, 2013. Penny was at her home in Luquillo, Puerto Rico and passed peacefully during her afternoon nap.
Born December 08,1918 in Detroit, Michigan she lived many years in California before settling in the Severna Park area of Maryland. Penny spent her time on others, sharing the love of Jesus.
Her husband, David who she married in 1976, preceded her in death. Her brother Jack resides in Michigan.
Friends may visit on Friday January 3, 2014 from 12-1:00pm at the Barranco & Sons,P.A Severna Park Funeral Home 495 Ritchie Hwy. Severna Park, MD 21146. Services will be held following the viewing on Friday at 1:00pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment in the MD Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville, MD.
