Paul Bowe McCoy April 14, 1943– June 20, 2024

Paul Bowe McCoy, 81, passed away on June 20, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, friendship, and humor. Born on April 14, 1943, to Col. Howard Monroe McCoy and Pauline Bowe McCoy, Paul attended Washington College, where he began his lifelong journey of learning and growth.

Paul devoted much of his career to the marine industry, becoming a beloved presence in boatyards and marinas. A dedicated friend and collaborator, he was always there to lend a hand with any project, no matter how big or small. Known for his quick wit and insightful observations, he often delivered life lessons with a joke, leaving those around him with both laughter and wisdom.

Paul is survived by his loving wife, Muriel McCoy; his children, Kevin McCoy and Brooke LM Fernon; his son-in-law, Benjamin Fernon; and his cherished grandsons, Van Fernon and Asher Fernon. His family and friends will forever hold his humor, generosity, and spirit close to their hearts.

A memorial service will be held at Sailors Oyster Bar in Annapolis MD on December 10th, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, where family and friends will gather to celebrate his life.
