Paul Scott Intlekofer, 53, and a lifelong resident of Severna Park, passed away suddenly, on November 12, 2021.
Paul was a graduate of Severna Park High School, Class of 1986. Paul started his career as a corporate attorney with Venable, LLP. He holds a BA in Economics (1991) from The Johns Hopkins University, a JD from University of Maryland School of Law, and an MBA from the University of Maryland in marketing and finance, both with high honors (1995). He continued on to become an incredibly successful Venture Capitalist.
Paul was incredibly intellectual, educated, and had an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. He had a larger-than-life personality that matched his larger-than-life heart. Paul had an undying love for his wife, children, extended family and countless friends, to include all of his animals. Paul was the embodiment of Maryland and loved and lived everything it offered; From boating, wake boarding, waterskiing and tubing on the Severn River, to the Ravens, to the Maryland Terrapins, to Blue Jay Lacrosse, it was part of his soul.
He was the commissioner of the Green Hornets Lacrosse Organization and was on the board for Charm City Youth Lacrosse that financially supported and guided underprivileged kids. Paul was passionate about volunteering his free time to coaching lacrosse and mentoring young kids.
Paul is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Kimberly Suski Intlekofer; daughter, Brooke Intlekofer; son, Jack Suski; mother, Mary "Gif" Intlekofer (nee Giffin); sister, Diana Rohe (Tom); nephews, Matthew Rohe and Samuel Rohe; countless cousins that refer to him as "Uncle Paul"; and a multitude of friends . He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Intlekofer.
A visitation will be held on Monday November 22, 2021 from 11:00am-1:00pm at Calvary United Methodist Church, 301 Rowe Blvd, Annapolis, MD 21401. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 1pm. Please be aware, parking may be limited for the visitation and for the service.
