Paul D. Behringer, 50, of Severna Park, died January 7, 2008 after fighting a courageous battle with lung cancer since July 2007. Paul was born on July 2, 1957 in Baltimore, raised in Linthicum and has been a resident of Severna Park since 1986. He had 28 years of service with Northrop Grumman where he worked as a Deployment Manager of Postal Services. He was an avid fisherman and gardner. He enjoyed coaching sports with Green Hornets and supporting Severna Park High School Athletics.

Paul is survived by his wife Sue M. Behringer (nee Gray), two children Allison M. Behringer and David P. Behringer, all of Severna Park, His parents Marge and Bert Behringer of Linthicum, MD and two brothers Bob Behringer of Severn and Steve Behringer of Arnold.

Visitation will be at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 11am at Our Lady of the Fields Catholic Church. Interment will be private.
