Patrick James Norton, 66, died on Tuesday, October 29th at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis.
He was born in Worcester, MA in 1946 and moved to Anne Arundel County in 1978. After a lengthy career in business and sales he then owned and operated Rita's Italian Ice in Pasadena for the past 10 years.
Patrick is survived by his wife, Mary Pat Lindsley of Severna Park; sons James C. Norton (Elizabeth) of Arnold, and Michael P. Norton (Julie) of Edgewater; grandchildren Kelsey, Mylie, Regan, Calen, Adella, Parker, and Marick; sisters, Jamie DeWaters of Williamsville, NY and Patricia Norton Sawyer (Kim) of Eugene, OR.
He was preceded in death by parents, James and Anna Norton, his brother James Norton and his grandson Chandler John Norton.
Friends and Family may visit on Friday, November 1, 2013 from 4-7 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home 495 Ritchie Hwy. Severna Park. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 10 am at St. John the Evangelist 689 Ritchie Hwy. Severna Park. Burial will be private.
