Patricia Ann Vincent, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and wife, passed away on March 5, 2024 in the presence of family.

Patricia, known as "Pat" to friends and family, was born on December 18, 1945 to James Shanley and Ann (née Leslie) Shanley in New York, New York. She spent most of her childhood in New York before moving to Pennsylvania in 1958 and graduating from Upper Dublin High School in 1965. She was introduced to William "Bill" Vincent by her best friend, Emily, who was married to Bill's twin brother. After Bill's return home from Vietnam, they were married on April 30, 1971.

Pat was a homemaker and also worked as a preschool teacher at an Episcopal church in Maryland. In her retirement, she was an active member of the American Legion Post 175 and enjoyed birthday dinners with her ladies, eating sweets (especially chocolate), and watching Hallmark movies or classic TV shows. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and her four grandchildren. Her presence lit up the room, infusing it with joy and vitality. She carried a carefree attitude toward life, brushing off any worries that came her way. Her kindness, loyalty, and love for laughter endeared her to everyone. She will be greatly missed.

Pat is survived by her husband Bill Vincent; her brothers Mark Shanley (Becky) and James Shanley; her sons Jeffrey Vincent (Kimberly) and Craig Vincent; and her grandchildren Jamison, Kendall, Mason, and Cole Vincent.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
