Patricia Nyce Miller, 82, a resident of Severna Park for 21 years, died of natural causes at Genesis Eldercare in Severna Park on May 6, 2008.

Mrs. Miller was born on December 11, 1925 in Baltimore, where she was raised.

She retired from the Baltimore County School System Transportation Department, where she had worked as a secretary.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald A. Miller, who died on September 29, 2002, and one sister, Gloria Hartlaub.

Survivors include two daughters, Donna Streagle of Ellicott City, MD and Julie Overturf of Colorado Springs, CO; one son, Glenn Miller of Severna Park, MD; one sister, Barbara Nyce of Annadale, VA; seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

Friends and family may visit from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm on Saturday, May 10 at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home at 495 Ritchie Hwy in Severna Park, MD.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, May 12 at 10 AM at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Severna Park, Md. Interment will be in MD Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville, MD
