Patricia Ann Hornberger passed away January 7, 2025 of natural causes.

She was born on February 12, 1946 in Baltimore, MD to the late John J. Wisniewski, Sr. and Helen A. Wisniewski(nee' Wujek).Pat grew up in Anne Arundel County and graduated fron Glen Burnie High School in 1964.  She married the love of her life, Harry R. Hornberger, Sr. on June 5, 1965.

Pat raised 2 children and worked as an Administrative Assistant at Anne Arundel Community College before her  retirement.  She enjoyed working with children and was active with the youth group at St. Andrew by the Bay and volunteering at the church.  Pat loved to decorate cakes and made several wedding cakes for family and friends.  She enjoyed her weekend getaways to Ocean City with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her children Harry R. Hornberger, Jr.(Michelle) of Easton, MD and Helen E. Millott(Rob) of Bowie, MD; her 4 grandchildren; Emily Sweeney(Curtis), Adam Millott(Kattya), Joshua Hornberger(Megan), Dylan Hornberger; 2 great grandchildren; Abigail VanDeusen and Nicholas Sweeney. She is predeceased by her husband Harry R. Hornberger, Sr. and brother John J. Wisniewski, Jr.

Family and friends may visit on Wednesday,  January 15, 2025, from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A., 495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park,  MD 21146

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 1pm at St. Andrew by the Bay Catholic Church, 701 College Parkway,  Annapolis,  MD 21409. Internment will be at a later date.
