Nora Florence Fisher, 75, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2016. She was born outside of Harrisburg, PA, on September 12, 1941. Nora graduated from the Harrisburg School of Nursing in 1962, and pursued her career in Washington, DC; followed by 46 years of service at North Arundel Hospital/BWMC in Glen Burnie, MD.

Being a nurse wasn't only her occupation, but her nature. Her kind, caring soul and infectious smile warmed every being's heart she encountered. She loved traveling, cooking, gardening, the ocean, and game shows.

Nora was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, William "Bill" Dodd Fisher in 2012; and sister Betty Shapley in 2013. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Ogden; and stepson, William Fisher. She is also survived by her grandchildren: William Fisher II, Sherina Fisher, Alison Ogden, and Kristen Ogden. Nora was also blessed with two great grandchildren: Ireland and William III.
