Noah Ryan Anderson, a resident of Cape St. Claire, died on September 28, 2019 at the age of 14. Born on April 7, 2005, he was the loving son of Ryan and Celeste Anderson and Susan Cuculis, brother of Ryan and Joshua May, grandson of Frank and Barbara Hicks, Tony and Machelle Cuculis, Hugh and Rosanne Cooksey, and Bill and Beverly McCloskey, nephew of Douglas Hicks, Stephen Hicks, Matt and Sara Westcoat, Matthew and Michelle Cuculis, Walter and Shelly McCloskey, and Sean and Amy McCloskey, cousin to Brie Westcoat and Isabelle Cuculis and loved by a large extended family.

Noah was a graduate of Cape St. Claire Elementary and Magothy Middle School and was attending Broadneck High School. He had a love and a thirst for knowledge on "how all things worked" and dreamed to be an architect in Seattle. He spent hours building things and was famous for sticking duct tape on something if all else failed Noah shared a deep love for the water with his family and truly loved the waterfront community he lived in. He enjoyed fishing, boating and trips with his Dad to Angler's to get all the newest fishing gear. He developed a recent affinity for sailing and going to sailing camp was the highlight of his summers. His beautiful baby blue eyes gleamed with pride when he shared all the things he knew about catching fish and sailing boats. He enjoyed his time with his family, friends and loved them all dearly. He enjoyed talking with them about fast cars, video games, music, and his beloved Seattle Seahawks.

Friends may visit on Friday October 4, 2019 from 3:00pm-5:00pm & 7:00pm-9:00pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care,P.A. 495 Ritchie Hwy. Severna Park, MD 21146. Services will be held on Saturday October 5, 2019 at 2:00pm at Bay Ridge Christian Church 1071 Bay Ridge Rd. Annapolis, MD 21403.
