Myra Gay Martin of Severna Park MD passed away Monday morning, February 3, 2020 at University of Maryland- St Joseph Hospital.  She was 93 years old.

Her life was dedicated to her family and community service.  She received the Gold Star Award for over 8500 hours of volunteer service to Anne Arundel Medical Center.  She was a Lady of the Elks and Booster Mother to Severna Park High School.  Most recently she was an active contributor to her community at Edenwald Senior Living.

During her final hours she was surrounded by family.  She is survived by her three children: Greg Martin, Patricia Martin and Kim Hostler.  She also leaves behind her brother Myron White, as well as five grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Her ashes will be laid to rest at the Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Annapolis MD where she will join her husband Lawrence Martin, USN in eternity.  Donations may be made in her name to your favorite charity.  At Myra's request, no services will be held.
