Molly Bagnall (nee Minkel) , 63, a resident of Arnold, MD, died on November 2, 2008 at Anne Arundel Medical Center due to multiple organ failure after a lengthy illness.
She was born on June 23, 1945 in Detroit, Michigan, and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, MI
and previously lived in Green Bay, WI and Arlington, VA. She graduated from Saint Mary's School and Loretto High School in Sault Ste. Marie and attended Lake Superior State University where she received her Bachelor of Arts. Mrs. Bagnall worked as a Human Services Worker, Teacher and Social Worker, and most recently a day care provider, where she operated the Necessities Day Care in Arnold. Mrs. Bagnall was active with the Broadneck Jaycees, and was an avid supporter of NAMI, the Pasadena Theater Company and Summer Garden Theatre. She enjoyed traveling, scuba diving, and attending childrens sports and theatre activities and was known for story telling and her amazing and uninhibited sense of humor. Survivors include her husband of 39 years, Freeman G. Bagnall of Arnold, MD; son, Jason Bagnall of San Jose, Costa Rica; two daughters, Heather Scheeler of Crownsville, MD and Jessica Bagnall of Madison, WI; and grandson, Emanuel Bagnall Gonzales.
Family and friends may visit on Friday from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Gov. Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146. Memorial Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday at 10:30am.
