Michael Ebersberger, Sr. of Arnold, Maryland passed away peacefully on October 17, 2018 at Spa Creek Center in Annapolis, Md where he had been a resident for almost 2 years.  Michael was born on September 19, 1954 in Baltimore, Maryland to Althea and George Ebersberger, Sr. and attended Severna Park schools, graduating from Severna Park High School in 1973.

Michael is survived by his three children Michael Jr. (Lauren) of Arnold; Christine of Arnold and Megan of Hamilton, New Zealand; five grandchildren Brendan, Tyler, Rylee, Brady and Evan; his two brothers George Ebersberger, Jr. (Mary) of Arnold, Arthur Ebersberger (Judy) of Chester, Md and many cousins, nieces and a nephew. Michael was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife of 19 years, Regina Ebersberger (Borm).

In 1978, he married Regina Borm and they settled in Anne Arundel County where he ran his business, Ebersberger Contracting and later Michael's Tree Service. He was a licensed tree expert for over 30 years. Michael enjoyed fishing, crabbing, hunting, boating, riding his motorcycle and vacations with his family.  He was a kind, gentle man with a big heart and could spark up a conversation with just about anyone.

Family and friends may visit on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, MD, 21146. A short memorial service will be held during the visitation on Sunday, October 28, 2018 from 6-6:30pm at the funeral home. After the memorial service the visitation will resume.
