Michael W. Ross, 50, of Denton, MD died unexpectedly on October 13, 2011.
Mike was born May 5, 1961 in Annapolis. He graduated during the early 1980's from South River High School. He lived in Arnold until 1994, when he and his parents retired to Mount Storm, WV, then returning to Maryland in 2006.
He is the son of Madolin Ross of Denton, MD and the late Robert B. Ross. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Janie Sheehan of Arnold and his brother, Robert G. Ross of Ridgely; two nieces; three nephews; and two great nieces.
Mike was an avid NASCAR fan, especially the Earnhardt racing teams. He also enjoyed watching the Orioles and the Ravens.
Family and friends may visit on Sunday, October 16 from 2-4 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy in Severna Park. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, October 17 at 10:00 am.
Interment will be in Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery.
