Michael Macey

Michael Ray Macey, 49, a resident of Streetsboro, Ohio, for nine years and formerly of Severna Park, died Jan. 24 in Halethorpe. The cause of death is unavailable.

Born July 22, 1957, in Annapolis, and the son of Grace Macey of Glen Burnie and the late Albert G. Macey, Mr. Macey was reared in Severna Park where he lived for 40 years.

He retired from SLS Services, where he worked as a sign installer.

His interests included his Harley Davidson, Nascar, playing cards and traveling on his Harley to Daytona, Fla., where he was involved in the Toy Run.

In addition to his mother, surviving are two sons, Michael and Ryan Macey, and one daughter, Jamie Lynn Macey, all of Harmans; three brothers, James A. and McArthur Macey of Severna Park and Teddy Allen Macey of Pasadena; one sister, Debbie Ann Magnusson of Millersville; one grandchild; and his fiancee, Barbara A. Weizer of Streetsboro. He was the brother of the late Robert L. Macey.

Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Monday at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway in Severna Park. Burial will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie. Online condolences can be made at www.barrancofuneralhome.com.
