Michael David Imbach passed away on May 23, 2025, after a brief illness. He was 67.

Mike was born on July 5, 1957, to Martin and Pearl Imbach in California. He grew up in Florida, and after attending Community College, he began his career working as a chef at Disney in California. Mike served his country in the U.S. Army as a medic.

Once he moved to Maryland he began working as a chef in Annapolis, then as a handyman, and an auto mechanic before finding his passion in landscaping. He worked as a landscaper for multiple residents of Severna Park, Eastport and Annapolis for many years, and all the plant and trees that he planted will live on and serve as a reminder of him. He supported Partners in Care, a charitable organization that assists Senior citizens in the community.

Mike was an avid collector of Disney paraphernalia and loved decorating for his favorite holidays; Halloween and Christmas. Mike also enjoyed playing cards and games with his many friends in Maryland and Delaware. His friends and neighbors described Mike as a guardian angel, grateful for his support when tragedy struck their lives. He helped raise two stepsons, Ed and James Avella and remained in contact with both. He raised Brittany Spaniels throughout his life and had a special love for King George, one of his last Brittanys. He enjoyed boating, fishing, camping, going to the beach, dancing and karaoke.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake or a Brittany Spaniel Rescue.
