He was an avid music lover of all Genres, loved playing his guitar and occasionally singing along.  He enjoyed his very active life with Pat, participating in many things socially in the DC and Maryland area. They traveled extensively and he was able to check so much off his bucket list with the love of his life.  He was a lover of all animals but especially all of the cats they have loved through their life together. He possessed a great sense of humor & could strike up a conversation with anyone he met, about history, current events and especially politics. Pat would always tell him that he should have written a book called "Jack's facts," to memorialize his expansive knowledge about absolutely everything.

Jack leaves behind his beloved wife of 25 years Patricia Cresta Savage, as well as his adored cats Palla and Teddy Bear. He was pre-deceased by his beloved sister Mary Savage Clark as well as their parents.
