Mary “Colleen” Rogers, 57, of Chestnut Hill Cove Maryland, passed away on February 10th, 2026. After bravely battling metastatic breast cancer with dignity, courage, and immense strength.

Mary, known to many as Colleen, was born on August 25th, 1968, to Linda Rogers and the late Joseph L. Rogers Jr.

Colleen was raised in Rogers Heights, where she built lifelong friendships and cherished memories. She was a proud 1986 graduate of Elizabeth Seton High School.

Throughout the years, Colleen developed a deep love for travel and found joy in exploring new places. She carried light, sunshine, and laughter wherever her journey through life carried her. Colleen had a special love for music as well. Whether it was seeing her favorite musicians in concert or driving while listening to her favorite songs. Music filled her home and heart.

Colleen had a nurturing spirit that deeply cared for animals and people. She had a remarkable ability to make others feel seen, heard, and valued. She always gave the unconditional love, wise advice, and steady encouragement to everyone who was blessed to know her.

Colleen was a woman of deep, unwavering faith, whose love for God carried her through every season of her life. Even in the hardest moments of her battle with cancer, she remained strong, hopeful, and full of grace. She showed her family what it means to walk by faith, leaving behind a spiritual legacy that will continue to guide and comfort those she loved. Colleen’s legacy is one of strength, resilience, compassion, and unwavering trust in God.

Colleen is survived by her husband Scott, daughter Carly, brothers Michael (Debbie), Joey, and sister Maureen (Rusty). As well as her extended family, including many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends. She will be deeply missed and forever loved by all whose lives she has touched.

A Catholic Mass will be held at Saint Jane Francis De Chantal Catholic Church, 8499 Virginia Ave, Riviera Beach MD 21122 on Saturday March 7th, 2026, at 12:00pm. Followed by a Celebration of Life in her honor at Mothers Peninsula Grille, 969 Ritchie Hwy, Arnold MD 21012.

Flowers may be sent to Saint Jane Frances De Chantal Catholic Church, or in lieu of flowers contributions in her name may be donated to Maryland SPCA Foundation.
