Mary Ann Margaret Johnson
Mary Ann Margaret Johnson, 85, of Arnold, died of natural causes on Nov. 10 at Anne Arundel Medical Center.
Mrs. Johnson was born Nov. 28, 1922, in Baltimore. She attended Western High School in Baltimore.
She was a bookkeeper and salesperson for the Simmons Company in Laurel for over 29 years, until her retirement in the early 1980s.
She enjoyed cooking and was an avid sports fan, especially for the Orioles and Ravens.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Raymond Johnson.
Survivors include one son Louis E. Johnson of Arnold; one sister, Charlotte P. Schertle of Prince Frederick; and one brother, Louis M. Bell of Baltimore.
Family and friends may visit from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13 at Barranco and Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway; funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery in Baltimore.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to SPCA of A.A. Co. P.O. Box 3471, Annapolis, MD 21403.
