Mary Frances Iwancio, 70, a resident of Arnold for the past 33 years, passed away on April 15, 2020 at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis.

She was born on December 28, 1949 in Baltimore, Maryland, where she was raised, and graduated from The Catholic High School of Baltimore Class of 1967.

Mary worked for Urological Consultants, PA as a medical transcriptionist until 2009. She most recently was an Associate at Wegmans in General Merchandising.

Mary loved spending time with her family and enjoyed an annual Sister's Weekend trip. She enjoyed all types of crafting, especially scrapbooking, diamond art, coloring, and painting. Reading and movies were her other hobbies. Mary was also on a duckpin bowling league for a number of years with her mother.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Anthony Iwancio of Arnold, MD; daughter, Katie Iwancio Lovin, Mark Lovin (son-in law), Cole Lovin (grandson) and Daisy Lovin (granddaughter) all of Clayton, NC; son, Matt Iwancio and Jennifer (fiance) of Arnold, MD; sister, Cathy Dietz and spouse, Rick Dietz of Perry Hall, MD and children Bev Fischer, Tim Dietz, and families; sister, Pat Massari and husband Bill Massari of Parkville, MD and children Paul Massari, Greg Massari, and spouses; sister, Linda Sanchez of Severna Park and Joe Fazio, Jr. Of Towson, MD; and sister, Janet Nay of Annapolis, MD and children Daniel Nay and Dusin Nay.

A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2020 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A., 495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD, 21146. A memorial Mass will be held on Monday, June 29, 2020 at 11am at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 689 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD, 21146. A private interment will be held at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the American Cancer Society, Pancreatic Cancer Association, or American Diabetes Association.

Coronavirus Restrictions: As of June 5, 2020

A limit of 60 people inside the Funeral Home during the visitations will be closely monitored. (Please check back for updated restrictions)

Everyone must wear masks or cloth face coverings per the Maryland Mask Order.

If you feel sick, have a fever, or have exposed to someone with coronavirus within the past 14 days, please do not attend any viewing, visitations or services.
