Mary C. German, 89, a resident of Severna Park died on January 13, 2011 at Kris-Leigh Assisted Living in Severna Park.
She was born on January 14, 1921 in Philadelphia, PA, where she was raised.
Mary was a homemaker, a member of the Arnold Senior Center, and was on a committee that made baby quilts for sick children.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Edward J. German, Sr.
She is survived by her son, Edward J. German, Jr. (Kathleen) of Severna Park; three grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, January 21, 2011 at 10:30 AM at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 689 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146. Interment will be private. Arrangements made by Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Chesapeake, 445 Defense Hwy, Annapolis, MD 21401 and/or Arnold Senior Center, 44 Church Road, Arnold, MD 21012.
