Mary Frances Boarman, 61, a resident of Severna Park , died of lymphoma, on April 29, at her home.

Born in Washington DC on January 27, 1947, Mrs. Boarman was raised in Hyattsville , MD. She had lived in Bowie , MD and moved to Severna Park in 1987.

She attended St. Jerome School in Hyattsville then attended Elizabeth Seton High School in Bladensburg , MD.

Mrs. Boarman attended St. Joseph College in Emmittsburg , MD , University of North Carolina in Wilmington , and graduated from University of Maryland . She was a settlement officer at Beltway Title Company.

She married William on October 01, 1976.

Mrs. Boarman was a member of Miles River Yacht Club, Forked Creek Yacht Club and Our Lady of the Field Church.

Her interests include gardening, boating, cooking, shopping, and being active with the Democratic Party.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William & Mary Vandegrift.

She is survived by her husband, William J. Boarman of Severna Park; one son, Christopher W. Roebuck of San Francisco , CA ; and one daughter, Lauren E. Boarman of Gambrills , MD.

Family and friends may visit from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 9 pm on Thursday at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home at 495 Ritchie Hwy.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at Our Lady of the Fields Catholic Church, 1070 Cecil Avenue in Millersville.

Interment will be in Glen haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie , MD.
