Marie A. Bauer, 72, of Arnold, died of pancreatic cancer July 10 at her home after a four-month illness.
Mrs. Bauer was born Oct. 19, 1931, and reared in Baltimore. She also lived in Bel Air for 10 years and in Parkville.
She was employed as a receptionist at Weight Watchers for the past 13 years and had received several awards from the company for her job performance.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are three daughters, Mary C. Tempestilli of Arnold, Donna L. Bauer of Forest Hill in Harford County and Nancy A. Davis of Bel Air; one brother, Arthur Duff of Glen Burnie; one sister, Lillian Frock of Baltimore; and four grandchildren.
Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow and Thursday at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, where services will be at 10 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Meadow Ridge Memorial Park in Elkridge.
Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1041 Route 3 North, Gambrills, MD 21054
