Margaret "Marge" Patricia Meyers (nee Bush), 80, of Westminster, MD, passed away on August 30, 2023 at Brightview Assisted Living. She was born to her parents, Louis Douglas Bush and Margaret Mary (nee Coyne) on December 19, 1942, in Baltimore, Maryland. Marge married George Thomas Meyers, Jr. and lived in Brooklyn Park for nearly ten years before moving to Westminster where they continued to raise their family.

In addition to being a homemaker, Marge was previously employed at Eagle Oil Company in Westminster and had also worked as a receptionist at a local podiatrist office for several years.

As the matriarch of the family, she loved to entertain on the back porch of their home. Marge was especially known for making her delicious Maryland style vegetable crab soup. She liked watching cooking shows and finding new dessert recipes. She was very talented at sewing and creating handmade quilts and other gifts for her family. Marge thoroughly enjoyed dining out, especially at Paradiso restaurant. She often vacationed with her family in Ocean City, MD, Nags Head, Chincoteague and in Florida. Other exciting destinations included Atlantic City, Las Vegas, New Orleans, San Diego and cruises in the Caribbean.

Marge was a member of the American Legion, former member of the Westminster Moose Lodge and Westminster Elks Lodge.

She is survived by her devoted sons, Mark Meyers (Jim Barranco), Tony Meyers (Shannon Meyers), Troy Meyers (Benji Dove); her caring son in-law, Richard Rosso; her cherished grandchildren, Marion David Bennett Jr., Brittany DelRegno Phillips (Brad Phillips), Emileigh Lucas (Christopher Lucas), Matthew, Alexis, and Norah; as well as her loving great-grandchildren, Kali, Adelie, Cecilia, Isabelle, Oliver and Hailey. In addition to her parents, Marge was preceded in death by her husband George in 2018, and her daughter, Patricia Meyers Rosso, her sister, Eileen Doyle and brother, Louis William Bush, both of Westminster.

A special thank you to Valerie Koegel for her love, support, and kindness to our dear mother and family.
