Margaret E. Finn (nee Hardesty), 85, died suddenly on February 14, 2010 at Heart Homes at Piney Orchard in Odenton, from complications of a stroke.

She was born on January 17, 1925 in Baltimore, MD, where she was raised. She was a 35 year resident of Kent Island prior to moving to Annapolis, MD, where she resided for five years.

Mrs. Finn was a retired office worker for L.Greif & Brothers.

She enjoyed caring for children and animals. Also, she enjoyed cooking and family outings.

She was preceded in death by her late husband, Wilbur "Bud" Finn and her late sister Betty Brown.

Survivors include her daughter, Judith L. Barnes of Annapolis, MD; son-in-law, Randy Barnes of Annapolis, MD; grandson, Michael Barnes of Crownsville, MD; granddaughter, Terri Leeds of Odenton, MD; and two great granddaughters, Lauren Leeds and Brooke Barnes.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday, February, 18, 2010 from 3-5 PM and 7-9 PM at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Gov. Ritchie Hwy in Severna Park. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 19, 2010 at 11:30 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Lorraine Park Cemetery in Baltimore, MD.
