Margaret Duncan "Peggy" Ballinger, 84, a resident of Annapolis for 10 years, died of natural causes Oct. 13 at Anne Arundel Medical Center after a brief illness.
Born Aug. 11, 1922, in Westminster, Mrs. Ballinger was reared in District Heights and resided in New Carrollton for 30 years.
She worked for the Prince George's County public library system as a librarian technician for 17 years. Her interests included reading.
The widow of John S. Ballinger, she is survived by a sister, Dorothy Anne Clements of Bel Air.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. tomorrow at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, where funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suitland.
