It is with deep sadness that we inform you that Marcy Ann Kelly (nee Kenney) of Arnold, MD passed away on Saturday morning, January 6 ^th , at the Shock Trauma Center of the University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore.

Marcy was born on August 12, 1954 at Fort Dix, NJ.  She spent her youth growing up in Norwalk, CT, prior to her family moving to Timonium, Maryland in the early 1970's.  She was a 1972 Dulaney High School graduate.  She also received a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA degree from Loyola University of Maryland in Baltimore.   Marcy worked for Medicare until opening her own CPA/Financial Planning Firm located in Glen Burnie, MD in 1983.

Marcy and her husband Bert have been residents of Ulmstead Estates in Arnold, MD since their wedding in 1980.  She is also survived by her son, Brian Kelly of Boulder, CO, her mother Ann Kenney of Timonium and her two brothers, Thomas Kenney of Austin, TX & Richard Kenney of Springfield, VA.

A Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday January 10, 2018 from 3-5 & 7-9:00p.m. in the Barranco & Sons,P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home 495 Ritchie hwy. Severna Park, MD 21146. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Thursday January 11, 2018 10:00a.m. In the St. Andrew by the Bay Catholic Church 701 College Parkway Annapolis, MD 21409. Burial arrangements will be private.
