Martin David Connelly, of Arnold, passed away on November 3, 2020.

David was born and raised in the Baltimore area. He graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and attended the University of Maryland, College Park.

David was an avid golfer and a lifetime member of Optimist International. He loved his family, enjoyed the beach, cruising, travel in general, and watching sports. He was employed with McLean Contracting company for 51 years retiring as one of their Vice Presidents.

David is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Nancy (nee Noland) Connelly of Arnold; his son, Brian (Beth) of Ellicott City; son, Scott (Diane) of Arbutus; son, Kevin (Melissa) of Severna Park ; grandchildren, Amanda (DJ), Andrew, Patrick, Moira, Reagan and one great-grandchild, Maverick. Also survived by his sister Carole Williams and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother, Richard Connelly.

A visitation will be held on Friday, November 6, 2020 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A. 495 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, MD 21146.
