Louis Edward Stevens, Jr. of Queenstown Landing, MD, (formerly of Severna Park, MD), passed away on August 7, 2025. He was 88.

Lou was born on December 16, 1936, in Baltimore, MD, to Louis E. Stevens, Sr. and Irene Stevens, (neé Roloff). He grew up in Riviera Beach, MD on Bodkin Creek. He attended Glen Burnie High School and the University of Maryland College Park, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business. Throughout his career he worked as a Purchasing Manager for National Brewing Co. in Baltimore, then for Noxell Corp. in Hunt Valley, MD, and finally he worked for Annapolis Sailing School after he retired. Lou served his country in the Army National Guard, until his Honorable Discharge in 1960.

Lou enjoyed boating, fishing, going to the beach, his many dogs, his prized 1960 Corvette, and spending time with his family and friends.

Lou was preceded in death by his parents, his son William Henry Stevens in 2003, and his beloved wife of 52 years Margaret (Peg) Stevens in 2014.

He is survived by his son, Louis E. Stevens, III (Suzanne); his grandson Justin Stevens (Beth) of Asheville, NC; his granddaughter Ashley Zeman (Robert) of Pelion, SC; and three great grandchildren Kinnsley, Ellie, and Rowan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Compass Regional Hospice, The Barnette Center, 160 Coursevall Drive Centreville, MD 21617.

The family will hold private services.
