Louis William Bush, 75, of Westminster, MD, passed away on February 1, 2013 at his home.
Louis was born to Louis Douglas Bush and Margaret Mary (Nee Coyne) on January 16th, 1938 in Baltimore, MD and grew up in Wagner's Point and Brooklyn Park. He attended Ben Franklin Jr. High School and graduated from Glen Burnie High School in 1956.
Louis attended Baltimore Junior College in 1958 and transferred to Johns Hopkins University, where he graduated in 1972. Louis later went to Loyola College where he received his Master's Degree in Engineering Science "BES". Louis retired in 1993 from Westinghouse Corp. after 27 years as an Electronic Engineer. Following his retirement, he was employed from 1995 to 2001 with the former Nanotab Corp. in Columbia, where he also worked as an Electronic Engineer.
Louis had many hobbies including boating, photography, and working on clip-art projects.
Mr. Bush was preceded in death by his parents, and one son, John Timothy Bush (died 2003). He is survived by his son, Joseph Bush; his daughter, Theresa (Terri) Bush; and his ex-wife, Genevieve C. Bush, all of Westminster, MD; and his two sisters, Eileen Doyle of Ft. Meade, FL and Westminster, and Margaret (Marge) Meyers of Westminster.
Family and friends may visit on Monday, February 4, 2013 from 2-4 pm at the Barranco and Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146. Interment will be private.
