Lorraine Augusta Willis, 87, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend was suddenly taken from us on June 30.

Born on January 5, 1926 in Baltimore, MD to the late Oliver M Bass and Elizabeth Johnson Bass, Lori attended Glen Burnie High and soon after married Stamey J Willis. Mrs. Willis was employed with the Civil Service Commission (War Dept),as well as, the City of Annapolis. She was also employed with the Department of Defense at NSA, until her retirement.
Mrs. Willis was a member of the Inner Wheel (Rotary Club) and was an avid reader. She enjoyed cooking, needlepoint, Bridge, and spending time with her family. She loved country music.

She is survived by her loving family, a son Stamey J (Jerry) Willis II his wife Louise Schultz Willis of Glen Burnie, MD, a daughter Jill Willis O'Connor her husband Thomas O'Connor of Southborough, MA her sister Olive Bennett of Columbia MD and four grandchildren Bryan O'Connor, Hilary O'Connor, Duncan O'Connor of Southborough, MA and William (Woody) Schultz of Los Angeles, CA.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, July 12th from 10:30-11:00am at the Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am.
