Lisa Ann Hale (Morsheimer) died on December 7, 2017 from metastatic breast cancer.  She is survived by her husband Mark Morsheimer, daughters Sarah and Erin, father Roger Hale and his wife Dusty Hale, brother Roddy Hale, niece Shannon Ebert and faithful golden retriever, Levi.  Lisa is predeceased by her mother Linda Hale (Sept '07) and her long-time golden retriever companion, Dakota (Oct '17).  Lisa was born in Tucson, Arizona to Roger and Linda Hale (nee Keeling).

Lisa and her family later moved to Bowie, Arizona where she attended Bowie High School and later returned to Tucson where she earned a BS in accounting from the University of Arizona.  She was recruited to work for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. in Houston, Texas following graduation.  Lisa worked in Houston until she relocated to Maryland with her husband in 1994.  She served recently as head of the asset management group for 14 years with Annapolis-based Hannon Armstrong Capital.  Lisa was an avid sports enthusiast who loved Elon University women's lacrosse, college basketball and the Baltimore Ravens.  She volunteered and organized many fund raising events throughout her professional career for non-profits such as the Alley Theater in Houston, the Women's Professional Group, the Junior League of Annapolis, including Chef's By-The-Bay, and "Of Tide and Thyme" Cookbook.  She also led the initial capital campaign for St. Martin's in-the-Field Episcopal School building fund.  Lisa worked tirelessly in supporting her daughters Sarah and Erin in pursuit of their dreams and education.  She carried the love of animals, especially horses, dogs and cats with her wherever she lived.

A funeral mass and internment will be held at St. Martin's in-the-Field, 375 Benfield Rd. Severna Park, MD 21146 on December 16, 2017 at 10:00AM.
