Linda Reeves
Linda Marie Reeves, 52, of Arnold, suddenly died Jan. 5 at home. The cause of death is unavailable.
The daughter of the late Marie Davis Reeves and Clarence W. Reeves Sr., Miss Reeves was born Sept. 17, 1954, in Callicoon, N.Y. She studied music at the State University of New York at Fredonia as well as Michigan State University.
Considered a talented and accomplished musician, she served in the Navy and played clarinet for both the Military Academy Band at West Point and the Naval Academy Band in Annapolis before retiring. Subsequently she taught piano from her home.
Surviving is her brother, Clarence Reeves Jr. of Narrowsburg, N.Y.
Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, where memorial services will follow. Burial is private.
