Linda Ann Ragsdale passed away on March 14, 2024 after a short illness. She was 75.

Linda was born on April 30, 1948 to her parents Joseph E. Bukowski and Mary E. (née McDonough) Bukowski in Providence, Rhode Island. She grew up in Johnston, RI and attended Johnston High School. On November 29, 1981, she married Scott Ragsdale and they moved to Arnold, MD to be a Navy family. Linda took some classes at AACC and worked as a medical transcriptionist. She enjoyed flower gardening, swimming, working in the yard, and most of all spending time with her family and her dog, Ella.

She is survived by her husband Scott Ragsdale of Arnold MD; her daughters Lisa Forrest and Lori White of Edgewater, MD, Lynn Forrest of Arnold, MD, and her son Jeremy Ragsdale of Arnold MD; her brothers Joseph Bukowski of Jupiter, FL, and Stephen Bukowski of Harrington, DE; and her six grandchildren Lexi, Kelsey, Matt, Sam, Madelyn, and Max.

Family and friends may gather for a celebration of life on Sunday April 14th from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Barranco Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy Severna Park MD 21146.
