Lenora C. Ferrin passed away peacefully on August 4, 2018 at Morningside House of Friendship where she resided since April, 2017. She was born on July 27, 1927 to Hattie and Edward Ross of Locust Point in Baltimore. After her marriage to Charles Ferrin Sr., she resided in Brooklyn, Glen Burnie, and Brooklyn Park.  Her husband died in 1984.

Lenora retired as a receptionist from Deloitte, Haskins, and Sells in Baltimore.  She loved gardening and was active in the Linthicum Herb Club for many years. She enjoyed baking for church suppers and bake sales. She was a member of Christ Church, also known as The Little German Church, in Locust Point.  Lenora loved to explore antique shops and was quite the "treasure hunter".

Lenora is survived by her son, Charles Ferrin Jr. of Millersville and her sister Mary Mills of Severna Park, formerly of Brooklyn Park. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Charles and William Ross.

A graveside service will be held at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie on Wednesday, August 15 th at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice of the Chesapeake, 90 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, MD 21122.
