Leeanne Marie Edwards (nee Vieira), 67, a 32 -year resident of Severna Park, died October 25, 2008 at home, to due lymphatic cancer, after a two year illness.

She was born on October 5, 1941 in Oakland, CA and raised in Oakland and Walnut Creek, CA.

Mrs. Edwards was a former deli manager for "Fish Paws" and a homemaker.

She enjoyed cooking, baking and spending time with her grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George A. Edwards, Sr.

Survivors include a daughter, Teri M. Schroter of Colfax, CA; a son, George A. Edwards, Jr. of Kent Island, MD; and two grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1041 Rt. 3 N, Bldg. A, Gambrills, MD 21054.
