Lawrence Paul Wiseman, of Arnold, passed away on February 26, 2022. He was born on July 23, 1938 to Lawrence G. and Bertha H. Wiseman in Berlin, MD. He was raised in Arnold, MD and attended St. Mary's Elementary, Arnold Elementary, and Severna Park Elementary before attending Annapolis Jr. High and then Annapolis High School. He worked for his family construction company "Wiseman Brothers" as a carpenter. Lawrence was a member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church and loved to cook and read. He enjoyed spending time in the mountains in Mount Savage, MD and was a lover of music.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence G. Wiseman and Bertha H. Wiseman; his brother Robert M. Wiseman; as well as his nephew Matthew P. Wiseman. He is survived by the love of his life and wife of 60 years, Jessie Pauline Wiseman; his children, Lawrence Paul Wiseman, II of Pasadena, MD, William Christopher Wiseman of Severna Park, MD, Sydnea Alexandrea Wiseman of Hurlock, MD, Thimothy Kyle Ellis Wiseman of Cumberland, MD, Zachary Joseph Wiseman of Arnold, MD, and Jessie Ann Ehrenreich of Arnold, MD; his sister-in-law Linda Wiseman; his 13 beloved grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 3 nieces, 1 nephew and several beloved cousins. He is also survived by his best friend Michael Sosnoski and his faithful pup Helmut.

Family and friends may visit on Monday, March 7, 2022 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A., 495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD, 21146. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 12pm at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 689 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD, 21146. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Vincent du Paul Society at 689 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD, 21146.
