Kurt David Adams, 48, of Mount Airy and formerly of Severna Park from 1983 to 2005, died of complications from diabetes Nov. 17 at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
Born Sept. 7, 1959, in Washington, D.C., the son of Patricia and Kermit Adams of California in St. Mary's County, Mr. Adams was reared in Laurel and worked for the National Security Agency as an analyst.
He was a member of Heritage Baptist Church in Annapolis and his interests included fishing, camping and yardwork.
Surviving are his wife, Pam A. Adams; one son, Kristopher D. Adams of Ithaca, N.Y.; one daughter, Jennifer N. Adams of Mount Airy; and one sister, Judy Morrison of California, Md.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. tomorrow at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Heritage Baptist Church, 1740 Forest Drive in Annapolis. Burial will follow in Meadowridge Memorial Park in Elkridge.
