Killian Maureen Randle (ne Toohey) passed away on February 16, 2025, at home in Glen Burnie Maryland at the age of 66. She was born in Takoradi Ghana, to William (Bill) Toohey and Rosetta (Skeets) Toohey on December 24th, 1958. Killian was a home maker who formally worked as a laboratory technician with Graphic Fine Colors in Annapolis Junction and The Ink Company in Waldorf, Maryland. Killian born and lived with her family in Takoradi, Ghana and Gibson Island, Maryland, before they settled in Monmouth Beach, New Jersey in 1962.

While working at Graphic Fine Colors she met Timothy Randle, and they were married in 1996. The couple lived in Arnold, Maryland while raising their two children, Michaela Elizabeth and Finn Ryan Randle. Killian is a graduate of Shore Reginal High School, West Long Branch, New Jersey and the University of New Mexico, graduating with a Bachelor of University Studies degree in 1984. She was a longtime member of the Monmouth Beach Bath and Tennis Club and Monmouth Beach Pavilion. Recently, she was a resident of Glen Burnie, Maryland.

She was predeceased by her parents, William Francis Toohey, and Rosetta Angela Toohey. Surviving are her seven siblings: Kathleen Toussaint of Amboise, France; Patrick Toohey of Kihei, HI; Kevin Toohey of Freehold NJ; Timothy Toohey of Montgomery, TX; Megan Toohey of Baltimore, MD; Seana Talbot of Albuquerque, NM; and Tara Short of Monmouth Beach NJ; and sixteen nieces and nephews.
