Kevin Ramagnano passed peacefully on Saturday September 23, 2017 at home in Severna Park, MD. Kevin was born in Takoma Park, Maryland on March 10, 1960. The son of Ruth A. and the late Joseph A. After school he took a job in Kansas and attended truck driving school to become a full- time commercial truck driver. He met and married Tami Pemberton and he adopted her 3-year old daughter Cristina Marie Pemberton. Six years later, they had a son Joseph Arthur Ramagnano named after his two grandfathers.  Upon their divorce, Kevin moved to Salt Lake City, Utah. He met DelRae Law and together they had a daughter, Cathi Ruth Ramagnano who was named after her two grandmothers. After spending 14 years in Salt Lake, Kevin returned back to Maryland residing in Severna Park.

Kevin was predeceased by his father, Joseph A. Ramagnano in 1975 and late half-brother Tony. Kevin is survived by his mother Ruth A.
