Kevin L. Newcomb, age 55, passed away suddenly on November 14, 2023. He was the second of three sons born to Gary A. and Elizabeth P. (O'Brien)Newcomb. He was raised in California, Florida, and Maryland and was a graduate of Severna Park Senior High School. He served in the US Navy for 4 years in the early 1990s, seeing many great places around the world.

He is survived by his son, Matthew C. Newcomb, long time partner Lisa Flynn and two brothers, Michael Newcomb (Robin), and Steven Newcomb (Davina), and his nephew and niece. Kevin's humor and keen wit will be sorely missed by all who loved him.
