Kathryn Regina Pessagno, 89, of Annapolis, died of natural causes March 26 at Lighthouse on the Bay Assisted Living in Annapolis.
Mrs. Pessagno worked as a secretary at the rectory of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Severna Park.
Born on Feb. 10, 1918, and reared in Baltimore, she graduated from Seton High School in Baltimore. She lived in Revell Downs in Annapolis and Pines on the Severn in Arnold before moving to the assisted living facility. Her interests included playing cards and traveling.
The widow of David W. Pessagno Sr., she is survived by a daughter, Regina A. Pessagno Jones of Annapolis; two sons, David W. Pessagno Jr. of Fayetteville, Pa., and Robert M. Pessagno of Ridgely in Caroline County; two sisters, Anne Ahmrein and Mary Lee Quinn of Parkville; four granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens on Forest Drive. Arrangements are by Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home.
