Kathleen Marie Anderson, 54, a resident of Arnold, MD died of cancer on October 14, 2014 at her home.
She was born on February 9, 1960 in Baltimore, and raised in Arnold. Kathleen worked for Giant Food for over 31 years, of which 25 years were at the Giant Food Store in Glen Burnie.
She enjoyed scrapbooking, spending time at the beach and being with her family.
Kathleen was preceded in death by her father, John B. Falter, Sr.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Richard Anderson of Arnold. She was a loving mother to two daughters, Christal Marie Cobb of Arnold and Melanie Ann Pindell (Harry) of Glen Burnie. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Caleb and Camryn; her mother, Audrey Marie Falter of Glen Burnie; her sisters, Tammy Pitcher of Pasadena and Wendy Maher of Glen Burnie; and her brother, John B. Falter, Jr. of Edgewater.
Family and friends may visit on Friday, October 17, 2014 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy, in Severna Park. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 11:00am.
Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Chesapeake.
